OUR GINS

Working with sustainable partners, we ensure that every drop reflects our commitment to ethical craftsmanship. For the discerning palate, embark on a journey that’s bold, refined, and quintessentially Bristolian. Introducing our four flagship gins...

Sloe Berry Gin

Pre-order is now available for our handcrafted Sloe Berry Gin. Orders will begin shipping the week commencing 17th November.

Rooted in British tradition and crafted for the colder months, our Sloe Berry Gin is a bold, full-bodied take on a timeless classic. Steeped slowly for over six months, it draws out rich, dark fruit and warm spice for a deeper, more indulgent expression.

We source handpicked sloe berries from the windswept plains of Norfolk and Suffolk. After harvest, the berries are frozen to split their skins, a gentle method that unlocks their signature jammy depth. They’re then infused into our Hotwells Gin, chosen for its mellow heat and understated citrus, allowing the fruit to take centre stage.

Once pressed, we elevate the spirit with a bespoke botanical distillate featuring tonka bean, cassia bark and select aromatics, adding a gentle sweetness and a long, rounded finish.

Enjoy it neat or gently warmed with a twist of orange peel - dark, elegant and layered with character.

Or try Pete’s Sloe Negroni: equal parts sloe gin, campari and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice and garnished with orange. A wintry twist on a classic serve.
